Estonian parliamentary commissions for foreign affairs and European Union affairs had sessions today where the major subject was continuing cyber attacks from Russia against Estonian governmental websites.
It was said at the sessions that the cyber attacks are a part of the Russian policy towards Estonia aimed at economic blockade. Estonian politicians must be more active in informing various EU institutions about Russia’s cyber activity against Estonia, said Marko Mihkelson, chair of the commission for EU affairs, member of the Homeland Res Publica Right Forces Union.
